Brother - Sister

This brother sister duo may have 8 years between them but they completely adore each other. Little Miss is only 4 months old but super cute and chubby.

Long time - no blog

Tis the season to be busy. And busy I am with everything. So feast your eyes on this little cutie who will be turning one on Christmas Eve. She was a super good model even though she was teething.

This little guy reminds me of a school boy all prim and proper with his plaid tie and serious look. But he's not even 2 years old.

Long time - no post

I know that it's been quite a while since my last post but I've been really busy AND the computer crashed. It was devastating but my wonderful hubby saved the day and ALL my files. How great is that?
So onto my Christmas card this year, which I haven't shot yet! The weather wasn't really cooperating so I tried indoors with Mr. Alexi who thought it was really awesome that Snoopy could pose for pictures too.
I think I might still be able to shoot outdoors - I want that forest, fall colors look. We'll see.

Sweet Newborn and Sister

This sweet newborn babe was a week old - so perfect for sleeping all cute and curled up. Big sister was four, very vivacious and fun to photograph! Enjoy your sneak peek mom, dad and auntie.

Happy Belated Halloween!

For Halloween this year Alexi fought putting on his puppy dog outfit and cried in the beginning. Then he got into the swing of things once he realized that candy was involved. And Theodore was a bit on the shy side in his monkey outfit.

I love the glow in these two photographs. It was really hard to choose between color and black and white - so here are both!

These two boys were the sweetest brothers - as is evident from their photograph together. Their huge eyes just swallow you up!

Apple Picking Time!

Fall is really a wonderful season. We had a great time enjoying the wonderful weather and introducing Alexi to apple picking which he liked very much.

Newborn

This dear sweet newborn was only ten days old! I caught her with her eyes closed only once and the rest of the time she was so super sweet and alert. She seems to be saying "Who are you lady? Why are you here?" Welcome to the world!

Yes, we love birds.

Yes, I have to confess that my hubby and I love bird watching so we couldn't miss the Hawk Festival at Holiday Beach this year. It really was perfect weather - warm but not hot.
I loved this owl's eyes. Turns out that photographing birds is like photographing children - focus on the eyes and be ready cause they move quick!


The two birds that we got to see close up were the red-tailed hawk (above) and the great horned owl.

Alexi was super into it - especially seeing the birds get released. (The same red-tailed hawk flew into a nearby tree upon his release.) We, of course were thrilled that Alexi likes birds too.

The fun continued as we made our way onto the beach for our picnic lunch.
