Newborn photo shoots are always a blast as . . .

they start off with the newborn "telling" me that they are very well aware of my presence and they will NOT go to sleep. BUT they don't know that I am super patient and they WILL sleep sooner or later so . . . I can capture photographs like these. Doesn't he look like a little angel? It was well worth the wait.

Now this is a great way

to end off a photo shoot, just playing ball with your mom. Actually this is part of a photo shoot with me. A child having fun, in her own surroundings, doing what she loves. And I love capturing that moment!

This handsome littlel guy is my . . .

latest nephew! He came into the world quite quickly and mom and he are doing just great. I met him when he was an hour old and left when he was 2.5 hours old and he was super alert for most of that time. Babies are such miracles and we are grateful for him in our lives.

I love the way my 2 little guys are....

all into technology, listening to an MP3 player. (Trying to "share".)

My little guys laughs with delights when he hears music.

And gets ticked when older brother wants it all to himself.

photographing the cutest kids as part of LITTLE HEROES. Little Heroes is a younger division of Kids Kick Cancer. They are from 2 - 5 years old. They use karate to help deal with chemotherapy, etc. This is all possible because of In Honour of the Ones We Love. Click HERE to find out more about this awesome organization.

Recently I got to spend time with . . .

these three gorgeous children. In addition, they are very sweet and loving children. The oldest girl's first word was her brother's name. She said his name before she even said "Mama". And when I saw them hanging out together you could totally tell that they adore each other.

Big Blue Eyes!

This little girl is turning one on June 14th. And in anticipation of that huge milestone in her life her parents contacted me to capture some wonderful images of their little girl. I love how she looks in black and white.
I love how she looks lounging in front of the house.Then she hung out by the pool.

until she could resist no longer and dipped in, becoming the first person in her pool this year.

This Brother and Sister were . . .

too cute for words! Here's an close up of Mr. Handsome. (I love his big chocolate eyes and baby teeth!)

And just look at big sister's blue eyes fringed with dark lashes!

They really are vibrant eyes.

This little hunny ...

had a lot of fun during her session traipsing through the tall grass and picking all the flowers she could find. She was a pleasure to hang out with.

This beauty...

was very into her photo shoot since she watches Top Model all the time. So needless to say her photographs are all amazing and she did all her own poses.

One day, in the future, this cutie may be my . . .

future daughter-in-law? ? ? Let me explain. My son saw her photos and was instantly attracted to her (who wouldn't be?) and kept staring. I showed him other kids' photos and he would always say "But what about that girl? Go back to that girl. What's her name? " And on, and on. So if she's interested so are we.
